Pastor Cathy A. Thomas Hrynko

A native of Cleveland Ohio, humbly answered the call to the Preaching Ministry more than twenty years ago. Ordained as an Elder, then Pastor, and gifted in the five-fold Ministry as an Evangelist and Teacher. She operates under the Prophetic. Apostolic, and Pastoral mantle.

God has burdened her heart and given her a tireless passion to minister through helps to those in the bottomless pits where one can sink. God has equipped her to go behind the dumpsters, in alleys, and under bridges to share the Love of Christ with those who are Depressed, Distressed, and Discouraged. This demonstration of Love, Hope, and Compassion comes from our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.    He uses her as His vessel.

God revealed to her that one must go through something to get to His destiny. He will take you from misery to Ministry. The concept is that what’s from the heart will reach the heart. God allows her to serve as the Founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of the Women of Royalty Outreach Ministries & Enrichment, formed in 2001. She has been a keynote speaker in Detroit Michigan, Bethesda Apostolic Church of Detroit, Pastor Stephen Campbell, Casa, Grande, Arizona, and Houston Texas.

Women of Royalty has promoted their book “Road to Royalty on the airwaves on one of the largest radio stations in Oxnard, California.

She obtained her AAB in Paralegal Studies at Cuyahoga Community College. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science concentration in Interdisciplinary Studies at Liberty University. She has been placed on the accelerated track to the Master of Arts discipline of Pastoral Counseling with a concentration in Trauma and Crisis Response. She entered the post-death service industry seven years ago as an independent entrepreneur, approved by the Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors as an instructor for continuing education. She received her certification as a Funeral Celebrant in March 2017. Upon completing her Bachelor of Science, June 2025, her training starts in Ohio’s Apprentice Funeral Director’s Program.

She has been the Instructor for the Life Skills, and Christian Recovery class held every Saturday morning at the Salvation Army’s Harbor Light Complex in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, for a decade. The Life Skills attendees were empowered through Education, Encouragement, Recovery, and Real-life practical approaches that were highly successful. Our vision and mission was to impact the holistic woman, moving them from crisis to self-sufficiency. 

The Women of Royalty Outreach Ministries held in-house mini conferences there for the houseless, substance-abuse, detox, and transitional controlled supervised ladies. We continue to empower, enrich, and enhance their lives through a holistic approach. We have continued this outreach ministry at one of Cuyahoga County's largest women’s shelters, Norma Herr where we continue to serve, pray, present, persuade, and introduce our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ at our annual mini-conferences, as well as distribute one thousand lunches we prepare each month to donate to Cleveland City Mission, Norma Herr, and LLM homeless shelters with our tracts. Our goal for 2025 will be to partner with YWCA Norma Herr to establish ongoing classes and resource to impact positive change into the lives of the ladies at Norma Herr.

As the Visionary and Founder of the Women of Royalty Outreach Ministries and under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, Women of Royalty Outreach Ministries has expanded to Atlanta, Georgia, Columbia, South Carolina, East Palo Alto, California, Coolidge, Arizona, and Houston, Texas from Ohio our base.

The Holy Spirit prompted the launching of Women of Royalty’s first book with the book signing on June 25, 2022, at Legacy Village’s Bar Louie in Beachwood, Ohio—seventeen authors, over five states in less than ninety days. God is amazing! She is part of the Kingdom Holy Women’s Assembly, Wooster, Ohio, under the direction of Founder Apostle L.M. Smith. She is a 3rd generation of the Unity Baptist Church, President of the Nurse’s Guild, Member of the Ministerial Staff, Member of the Board of Directors, Sunday School Teacher, and Evangelism and Outreach Coordinator of the Unity Baptist Church, Cleveland, Ohio.

She is a Minister of the Gospel, Conference Speaker & Host, Author, Certified Red Cross First -Aid Instructor, Certified Funeral Celebrant, Grant –Writer, Paralegal, President of Ben Bella & Associates, Inc. and now the Organizer, Founder, and Pastor of the Kingdom International Church in Cleveland, Ohio. Ordained as Pastor by her Pastor the Rev. Dr. Edward Lee Cryer now the Senior Pastor of the largest congregation in Ventura County, Oxnard, California. She is the wife to her anointed, devoted and supportive husband, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Michael Paul Hrynko, of the Kingdom International Church.
